The State of the Art of Slope Mapping.
Abstract
The state of the art of slope mapping techniques is reviewed from the point of view of recommending one for adoption by the Army for use in the field by topographic battalions. A technique using a standard copy camera and an existing orbital lens device is selected as the most practical for field use.
