Financial Control of Air Force Weapon System Acquisition Funds Following Appropriation.

Abstract

It was the goal of the author to understand how Air Force Weapon Systems Acquisition Funds are controlled after Appropriation and to explain the process. The paper will reveal the findings of a limited research into the area of Acquisition Funds Management but should give interested personnel a greater understanding of the Acquisition Funds Management process as it exists today in the Air Force.
