The Thermal Pyrolysis of Methylamine.

Abstract

The pyrolysis of methylamine has been studied over a temperature range of 1007-1167 K. The existence of imines as intermediates in the formation of pyrolysis products is postulated. An expression for the global pyrolysis rate over the temperature range of 1087-1132 K was obtained. (Author)
