Techniques for Analyzing Multivariate Failure Data.

Abstract

New multivariate techniques for analyzing multivariate life test data are introduced. The hazard gradient is estimated using the multivariate piecewise exponential distribution model. An example based on caterpillar tractor data is analyzed. Iso-probability contours are used to analyze joint distribution structure. (Author)
