Advanced Heat Exchanger Development for Army Mobile Applications. Addendum I.
Abstract
Two production radiator core sections were tested to obtain their basic heat transfer and pressure drop characteristics. Based on these test results a comparison is made with a plate-fin design developed under a previous contract (Report 12043). Slightly higher heat transfer performance was indicated for the plate-fin radiator over the two production units. (Author)
