Design and Development of an MNOS Counter Memory.
Abstract
This report presents the production effort of an MNOS Counter Memory for a general-purpose artillery time fuze. This device is a redesign of HDL part number 10990466 originally produced under contract DAAG39-72-C-0211. This contract consisted of a redesign layout of the counter circuit, establishment of test equipment, production documentation for the circuits, and the fabrication of a prototype quantity of the devices as a demonstration of the established manufacturing process.
