Abstract
This is a report of an occupational survey of the Operating Room Specialist/Technician Career Ladder, AFSCs 90232, 90252, 90252, 90272 and 90292 conducted by the Occupational Survey Branch, USAF Occupational Measurement Center, from March 1975 through August 1976. The report describes: (1) development and administration of the survey instrument; (2) summaries of tasks performed by airmen grouped by skill level, experience level, and similarity of tasks performed; (3) comparisons with current training and career field structrue documents; and (4) recommended actions for further study.
