Leadership Performance in Complex Organizations

Abstract

The culmination of research under this contract is the development and validation of a leadership training program, LEADER MATCH, based on this theory. Since the background research has been published this report will focus on the LEADER MATCH program and its application to the military services. During the term of this contract, 48 technical reports have been completed of which 33 have been published to date in scientific journals which describe the empirical research and related work leading up to the training program.
