Abstract

A review of reliability growth management techniques attempts to answer the questions: Is the reliability growth effort, as currently applied, a worthwhile activity in terms of aiding the decision-making processes and affecting the course of development programs. Specifically, has the reliability growth methodology affected decisions at the technical and managerial level. How can the reliability growth concept application be strengthened and improved.
