Threat, Conflict and Commitment: Threat Recognition and Analysis Project

Abstract

Three new methodologies for analyzing world political relations are presented. The technique of charting the varying 'threat burdens' of the countries is demonstrated with data from dangers files. A subsystem analysis of threat conditions and developments in Southern Africa is shown. The recent commitments of the major world powers is demonstrated with multiple indicators.
