Lithium-Inorganic Electrolyte Batteries.

Abstract

An SOCl2-based, Li primary battery operable over the temperature range -40 to +160 F is being evaluated. The desired energy density is 150 watt-hours per pound of total battery weight and the desired power density is 50 watts per pound.
