Army Scientific Advisory Panel Summer Study '76, 19 - 30 July 1976. Volume 2. Aviation Systems Subgroup Report.

Abstract

The Army Scientific Advisory Panel (ASAP) conducted Summer Study '76 at the Armed Forces Staff College, Norfolk, VA, during the period 19-30 July 1976. The Panel examined the compatibility of the Science and Technology Objectives Guide (STOG), which delineates desired operational capabilities, and the system development plans of the various Army Laboratories to determine if the laboratory programs include the appropriate technology efforts to achieve the desired systems capabilities. The Panel made the examination through the efforts of the six Subgroups of Armament, Aviation, Electronics, Missiles, Mobility, and Soldier Support Systems, a separate report being published for each.
