A Study on the Effectiveness of Transactional Analysis for Improving Organizational Performance

Abstract

This study investigates the effectiveness of Transactional Analysis used in personnel training by surveying two populations, one that had taken Transactional Analysis training, and one that had taken conventional training. Questionnaires were administered to the two populations. Responses were compared to determine if Transactional Analysis training resulted in greater awareness of basic human needs than did conventional training. Results are reported.
