Stark Profile Calculations for the Lines of the A1 XIII Lyman Series Emitted in Dense Plasmas.

Abstract

The Stark broadened profiles of the first six members of the Lyman series of A1 XIII, emitted in dense plasmas, are calculated. It is assumed that Stark broadening due to thermal fluctuations of the electric microfield dominates all other line broadening mechanisms.
