Balloon-Borne PCM Telemetry and Command System.

Abstract

A balloon-borne command and data handling PCM telemetry system suitable for use with complex payloads is described. While the unit was designed for a particular payload, care was used throughout the design to make the system easily adaptable to other balloon-borne instruments. (Author)
