A Survey of a Manual for Navy Instructors, NAVEDTRA 107.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the Manual identified above for the Chief of Naval Education and Training Support. A consensus of the respondents to the survey questionnaire agreed, generally, that the Manual served its purpose as a satisfactory means to introduce the systems approach to training to various Navy Training Commands. It was also agreed that the subject Manual was helpful as an aid to instructors.
