Investigation and Design of Electronic Circuitry Related to Noise and Radiation Effects for Solid State Devices and Circuits.

Abstract

This report details the design and operation of an infrared detector scanning system. Operation involves detector charging, photon illumination, parallel signal transfer and serial readout using a CCD shift register. It provides six signals in the necessary sequence, magnitude and phase to drive MOS-FET type loads, variable bias supplies, DVM monitoring and a digital word generator. (Author)
