Abstract

This report summarizes the results of the administration of the Electronics Principles survey to Missile Systems Maintenance personnel in the L shred who perform maintenance on air-to-air and to air-to-ground missiles. The report gives a detailed listing of the technical tasks and knowledge needed to perform the jobs within the specialty or career ladder. Performs maintenance on missile and Remotely Piloted Vehicle (RPV) guidance and control systems, subsystems, and components; operates, calibrates, and maintains related test, monitoring, and checkout equipment; performs malfunction analysis, and repairs, maintains, modifies, inspects, and services missile and RPV systems, subsystems, and ground operating equipment to component level; performs field maintenance on electronic test, launch control, checkout, and related ground support equipment used by missile activities, and assemblies and disassembles missiles and RPVs.
