Final Report.

Abstract

The objective of this Research and Development program was to develop Direct Coupled Microwave Detector Logarithmic Amplifiers packaged in one housing with: 1) Detector circuitry fabricated on a substrate using Thin Film Techniques. 2) Amplifier circuitry fabricated on a 1 in. x 1 in. substrate using Thick Film Techniques. Two frequency bands of interest were: Band I - 2.6 GHz to 8.0 GHz, and Band II - 6.9 GHz to 18.0 GHz.
