Study of Anthropogenic Effects on Tundra Vegetation in Connection with the General Trend in Tundra Biome Development (Izuchenie Antropogennykh vozd Istvii na Rastitel 'Nost' Tundry v Sviazi s Obshchim Napravleniem Razvitua Tundrovogo Bioma),

Abstract

As the size of the population increases and northern agriculture intensifies, anthropogenic effects rise. A number of acute problems requiring rapid examination are discussed in this paper. Only overall investigations can create scientific prerequisites for a full, all around and stable development of the biological resources of the north. (Author)
