SCIDNT I, Theory and Application.

Abstract

This technical report describes an application of the maximum likelihood approach for the identification aircraft parameters. The theory and the computational aspects of the likelihood approach are discussed in detail. A computer program is written to implement this technique. The details of the computer program are given in a separate document. (Author)
