The Existence Problem for Solutions.

Abstract

This paper discusses the current state of knowledge on the existence of von Neumann-Morgenstern solutions (stable sets). Some alternate mathematical problems related to existence are described, and a couple of recently introduced solution concepts related to the classical model are mentioned. (Author)
