Project RIVET STANDARD.

Abstract

This document traces the history of Project RIVET STANDARD (Equipment Standardization) from its inception and early briefings/discussions to the publication of an Air Force Regulation and a joint AFLC/AFCS Regulation. Contacts with Air Staff, AFSC, AFLC, Sacramento ALC and AFCS personnel are described. Finally, a number of recommendations (including Action Offices) and conclusions are given by the departing AFCS Rivet Standard Project Officer. (Author)
