Optical Efficiency Measurements of GEODSS Telescopes

Abstract

Optical Efficiency Measurements are reported for three telescopes used at the GEODSS Experimental Test System. The results of the measurements are needed to evaluate electro-optical sensor performance. The optical efficiency is not a reflection on the manufacturer's skills but rather the number of optical pieces and coatings we have specified, and the dust collected during the operating period.
