Research on Nonlinear Dynamical Systems.

Abstract

The principal areas of research reported are: functional differential equations and their control; linear and nonlinear dynamical systems and their stability; bifurcation theory and applications to plates and shells; hyperbolic systems of conservation laws; stability of nuclear reactor models; and stability of elastic structures. This report briefly summarizes results and refers to specific publications and reports previously reported to the U. S. Army Research Office.
