Production Engineering Measures for Temperature Compensated Microcircuit Crystal Oscillator.
Abstract
A search was made for an alternate source for the SOS C-MOS integrated circuit. One potential vendor may be in a position to build this part near the end of 1974. However, we cannot count on having custom parts available for a period of 6 to 12 months. As an alternative, the feasibility of using suitable off-the-shelf parts which may have been developed in the last several months was investigated. One such part was found and was utilized in construction two sample MCTCXO's. (Author)
