HICOM ALERT. A Test of the Feasibility and Effectiveness of a Selective-Call Alarm for Improving HICOM Network Responsiveness (NSAP Project SURFP-6-76).

Abstract

A selective-call alarm system was implemented for tests over the HICOM network. It was found that this type of system can significantly enhance HICOM responsiveness, and Fleet installation is recommended. (Author)
