The Existence of a Non-Negative Solution of an Ordinary Differential Equation Arising in Electromagnetic Theory.

Abstract

The existence of a non-negative solution of the boundary-value problem is proved by a shooting argument. The equation arises in an electromagnetic theory for strong interaction in charged media.
