Determination of Specular reflection from Cylindrical Satellites for Electro-optical Surveillance and SOI

Abstract

An analysis of the timing and duration of observable specular reflections from cylindrical satellites is presented, taking into account orbital elements, attitude and, and axial misalignment (wobble). Results are displayed in the form of computer-generated graphic tables.
