The Coupled Representation Matrix of the Pair Hamiltonian.

Abstract

The evaluation of matrix elements in the spin Hamiltonian for a pair of exchange coupled metal ions is treated using the 'total-spin' Hamiltonian through application of the Wigner-Eckart theorem.
