Abstract
Specifications are detailed for FARE and related FARRP materials to reduce susceptibility of the site and equipment to surveillance and target acquisition means. CS/CTA material is specified herein in general, materials, operational and mechanical terms for visual, near IR and, far IR SLAR and COMINT threats. A unique cover, Small Equipment Camouflage Tarpaulin (SECT) is defined which is functional against present threats to the FARRP and adaptable to advanced CS/CTA treatment.
