SCAD Speed Model. Volume I. Overview.

Abstract

This document presents an overview of the model to provide a means for evaluating SCAD performance in a total mission environment. The AGM-86A System Specification contains the requirement for such a model to be used in the course of AGM-86A System development, acquisition, and operation/employment for the following: the timely determination of quantitatively optimal values of System and Segment performance parameters, and the comparative evaluation of alternatives and change proposals in the areas of designs, performance, logistics and operations, tactics, threats and scenarios, as applicable throughout the life cycle of the AGM-86A System. The model was defined, implemented, and tested.
