Water-Heat Regime of Earth Catchwork Dams (Zemlyan'kh Plotin Lmnannogo Naznacheniya),
Abstract
In view of the large-scale deterioration of catchwork dams in Yakutia, the Institute of Permafrost Studies carried out a special investigation to identify the causes of dam deformation and propose some ways of preventing them. Some results of this research are set forth in this article. (Author)
