Abstract

The large-scale operations management test is being conducted at Lake Conway near Orlando, Florida, using the white amur or grass carp for aquatic plant control. In-house and contractor groups are collecting data on the project following the rationale set forth in this test plan. The plan includes introductory material, a security plan for preventing escape of the fish when introduced, a 'how and where' description of stocking the fish, and a complete description of data collection, management, extrapolation, and analysis.
