A Revised Construction Management Technique for Installation Commanders and Engineers.

Abstract

The basic objective is to develop and present a realistic model which will qualify the merits of construction projects. The goal is to optimize the benefits derived by the elimination of bias in determining the priority of accomplishment. The model is similar to the format of the National Electric Manufacturers Association Job Rating Plan (NEMA). Merits of projects are quantified by rating the variables associated with their selection.
