ELF Communications SEAFARER Program--Site Survey. Michigan Region - Summary.

Abstract

This report presents the results of a survey of a specified area in the west central portion of Michigan's Upper Peninsula conducted for the Navy's ELF Communications Project Office. The information collected is of the type necessary for the preparation of an Environmental Impact Statement relative to the proposed Seafarer System. The entire Site Survey Final Report consists of 27 separately bound volumes. This summary volume provides an overview of the significant results. (Author)
