Abstract

The purpose of this Technical Data Volume is to develop and present the formulation of updated rules and regulations for industrial wastes discharged to the Boston Metropolitan District Sewerage system which will conform to current Federal and State requirements, with enough flexibility for adaptation to future changes. A review of current legislation on the basis of charges for wastewater disposal is included to insure compliance with Federal and State requirements, including industrial cost recovery of Federal grants.
