Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the best plan for developing the water resources of the Big Black River Basin. The aim is to satisfy the 1980 and 2015 needs within the basin for flood control, water supply, hydroelectric power, recreation, pollution abatement, irrigation, and fish and wildlife conservation.
