This report is a review investigation made to determine the general scale, features, and functions of the most suitable comprehensive plan for ultimate development of the water and related land resources of the Meramec River Basin; the features most urgently needed for development of the ultimate plan; the economic justification of such features; and the extent of Federal and non-Federal participation therein.
