Abstract

This report investigates wastewater management alternatives for municipal and industrial discharges to the Codorus Creek sub-basin of the larger Susquehanna River Basin. Treatment technology choices, alternative levels of performance and various systems configurations are evaluated for cost and performance relationships relative to present and long-range water quality management objectives. Technology choices evaluated include land treatment as an alternative to water process based-advanced waste treatment.
