Specular Reflection Timing Predictions for the Period Preceding the 1977 Vernal Equinox.

Abstract

With the approach of the vernal equinox, preparations for observing specular reflections from cylindrical synchronous satellites have begun. The purpose of this report is to assemble the results of preliminary computations to make them available for observation scheduling at the GEODSS Experimental Test Site. (Author)
