Applications of Pattern Theory to Problems in Computer Science.

Abstract

Pattern theory is concerned with the study of regularity of objects in particular domains of discourse. Each domain of discourse has its own characteristic kinds of objects. However, it is convenient to develop a domain-independent framework which provides a starting point for the study of regularity in particular of discourse.
