Developmental Methodologies for Medium- to Long-Range Estimates: User's Manual for Long-Range Regional Forecasting Models

Abstract

This report describes the use of four regional forecasting models (Europe, Middle East, Latin America, and Africa). The manual introduces the user to the overall research project and then describes the options available to the user for forecasting or simulations. Simple input and output are included.
