Abstract

This report describes work performed on projects as follows: application of machine decisions to failure analysis; homogeneous catalysis of net electrochemical reactions as applied to fuel cells; theoretical investigation of solid electrolytes; and electrocatalysis: application of x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy to surface composition of electrode materials.
