Aeromedevac Helicopters (Helicopters na Evacuacao Aero Medica),

Abstract

This study contains data on the importance of helicopters in aeromedevac, the standards adopted by the US Army and the USAF in the light of the Korean Conflict. It will be divided into four sections, as follows: definition and historical background of aeromedevac; aeromedevac according to modern USAF doctrine; the first echelon in aeromedevac; and helicopters in aeromedevac.
