Appendix I, Digest of Public Hearings, contains a record of oral and written testimony presented at initial public hearings held at the beginning of the Comprehensive Water and Related Land Resources Study of Puget Sound and Adjacent Waters and at public hearings held at the conclusion of the study. This appendix is composed of three volumes. Volume I, Initial Hearings, presents testimony received in 1964.
