An Integrative Factor Analysis of Leadership Measures and Theories.
Abstract
The Factor Analysis of thirty three superordinate and subordinate role scales yielded eleven factors which were identified as Authoritarian Role Preference, Authoritarian Role Pressure, Equalitarian Role Preference, Equalitarian Role Pressure, Balance Manager, People Oriented Manager, Assumed Similarity between Opposite, Contemptuous Indulgence, Supportive Values, People Tolerance, and Organizational Tolerance.
