Abstract

This document describes a methodology for developing Naval Aviation Maintenance Objectives. These objectives, when accomplished, are intended to provide for an effective aviation maintenance establishment in support of naval aviation and the Chief of Naval Operations' objective of fleet readiness through the 1977-1985 time frame.
