Abstract

This report is based on a lecture series presented by the authors in May and July 1965. The lectures were prepared under the joint auspices of the David Taylor Model Basin and the Naval Air Development Center. The revised lectures include: (1) Air Cushion Mechanics; (2) Internal Aerodynamics; (3) Drag; (4) Cushion Contributions to Stability; and (5) Seakeeping.
