Arenavirus Concentration by Molecular Filtration.

Abstract

Liter volumes of a human arenavirus pathogen (Machupo) and a nonpathogen (Tacaribe) were concentrated 30 to 100 times in less than 90 min without significant loss of particle infectivity. (Author)
